1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. On average:

  • U.S. orders: 7-15 business days
  • International orders: 10-30 business days
    Processing time is 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Orders page.

3. Do you offer expedited shipping?
At the moment, we only offer standard shipping. We are working on adding faster shipping options soon!

4. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location and order total. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is not damaged and in its original packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping. For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

6. How do I start a return?

7. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, contact us, and we’ll help you exchange your item.

8. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

10. Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.

11. Do you offer gift cards?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
